Privacy Policy
Tutiendape Educación Financiera S.A.C. ("Tutiendape"), with tax ID 20611348925 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1340, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, is the controller of the personal data collected through the domain tutiendape.com in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (first name, last name and email address) and browsing data obtained through analytical cookies (anonymized IP address, device type, pages visited and visit duration).
2. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you the Official 2026 Peruvian Financial Culture Guide, to coordinate free advisory sessions, to share information about state financial inclusion programs and to produce internal anonymized statistics.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent provided when completing the subscription form, as well as on compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Peruvian financial sector.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data for a maximum of five (5) years from the last interaction, unless Peruvian regulations require a longer period or you request earlier deletion.
5. Data transfer
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We only share information with Peruvian state supervisory bodies when required by law, or with technology vendors hired under strict confidentiality clauses.
6. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to privacidad@tutiendape.com.pe or filing an in-person request at our San Isidro offices. We will respond within the 20 business days set by law.
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures aligned with the Information Security Directive of the Peruvian National Authority for Personal Data Protection, including AES-256 encryption, internal two-factor authentication and annual audits.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a claim with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
