Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the portal tutiendape.com and the financial-literacy services provided by Tutiendape Educación Financiera S.A.C., a Peruvian company with tax ID 20611348925 and registered office in San Isidro, Lima, Peru.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the portal or registering in any of our forms, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Nature of the service
Tutiendape exclusively offers educational content, digital tools and free advisory sessions on financial culture. It does not sell investment products nor manage assets on behalf of third parties.
3. User requirements
Individuals over 18 years of age domiciled in the Republic of Peru, or Peruvian citizens residing abroad, may register. The information provided must be accurate, complete and up to date.
4. Intellectual property
All published content, brands and developments are owned by Tutiendape and are protected by Peruvian Copyright Law (Legislative Decree No. 822) and the Industrial Property Law (Legislative Decree No. 1075).
5. Responsibilities
Financial decisions taken by the user are entirely their own responsibility. Tutiendape does not guarantee specific returns and is not liable for results derived from the use of instruments regulated by SBS or SMV.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the judges and courts of the Lima Centro judicial district, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
